Take Down Requests

😤 Think Your Art Got Jacked? Let’s Talk.

We take intellectual property rights seriously — and we also know that creative inspiration can sometimes look similar across different artists and styles.

Deviant Drip features both original artwork created in-house and designs submitted by independent artists. Whether the design in question came from our team or a contributor, we're committed to reviewing every valid concern and taking appropriate action if needed.

If you believe your original work (or work you are exclusively licensed to use) has been used in a way that doesn't fall under fair use and constitutes true copyright infringement, we're here to help resolve it.

That said, parody, satire, commentary, and other transformative works are legally permitted under U.S. copyright law (17 U.S. Code § 107). These kinds of works may resemble the original, but they serve a different purpose and are protected as fair use.

But!

If you believe the content on our site:

 - Directly copies your original work without significant transformation

 - Isn't parody, satire, or commentary

 - And you can back it up with proof of original authorship

Then yes — you can absolutely submit a formal copyright takedown request below.
