Our Return/Refund Policy –
We Appreciate Your Understanding!
Hey friend,
We’re just a small business doing our best to create products we hope you’ll love. Every order means the world to us! But lately, online retailers have been struggling with an increase in return fraud, which makes it really tough for us to keep things running. Because of this, all sales are final, and we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds except in the rare case of a defective physical item.
If Something Arrives Defective or You Receive the Wrong Item
If the wrong item arrives, or your item arrives defective (not due to shipping issues - see shipping insurance section below), please email your order number, pictures and a description of the issue, to ContactUs@DeviantDrip.com, within 3 days, and we’ll do everything we can to make it right. Please do not send anything back without an RMA (Return Merchandise Approval) code, as unauthorized returns cannot be processed. (We also may not know who sent it in order to credit the return).
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
We wish we could accommodate sizing/color exchanges, but as a small shop, we just don’t have the resources. To help avoid any sizing mishaps, we provide detailed measurements on each listing—please double-check before ordering apparel merchandise! Please also check apparel material (if listed) as cotton/cotton blends (and other materials) can shrink in the wash.
Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If this is the case, please email your order number, pictures, and a description of the issue, to ContactUs@DeviantDrip.com, within 3 days, and we’ll try to make it right. Please note, for mislabeled items, we will need to process a return and inspect the merchandise before issuing any refund. If the item is of the correct size, we cannot issue a refund; if this occurs, you can request we re-send the item back to you (additional shipping charges may apply). Please do not send anything back without an RMA (Return Merchandise Approval) code, as unauthorized returns cannot be processed. (We also may not know who sent it in order to credit the return).
Shipping Insurance = Peace of Mind
For physical items, once your order leaves our hands, it’s up to the shipping carrier to get it to you safely. Since we can’t control lost, stolen, or damaged packages, we highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout to protect your order.
Digital Items – No Returns or Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any digital purchases. Once a file has been downloaded or accessed, the sale is final. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing, and reach out with any questions prior to checkout!

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. This applies to physical merchandise (as you can't return digital files once you have a copy). As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds and Replacements
Once you return an approved return with RMA info, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days (Please note: that is our processing time, your personal bank may hold/delay 5-7 additional business days before crediting to your account).
If more than 15 business days (3 full weeks) have passed since the date we’ve received and then approved your return, please contact us at ContactUs@deviantdrip.com.
