Thank you for shopping with Deviant Drip! Below is our shipping policy, which outlines processing times, delivery estimates, and important details for different types of products.

1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Digital Products: Instant download after purchase—no shipping required! If you don’t receive your files, check your email or account dashboard.

  • Handmade/Customized Items: Because each item is crafted with care, please allow 3-7 days for production before shipping.  NOTE: individual listings may specify shorter or longer lead times depending on complexity.

  • Drop-Shipped Items: These are fulfilled by our trusted partners and may have separate processing times, typically 3-5 days before shipment.

2. Shipping Timeframes & Estimates

  • For apparel and printed products: they are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit to print/prepare; typically, add 3-4 days print time on top of your estimated shipping delivery days.

  • Standard shipping times vary depending on the product, destination, and carrier. General estimates:

    • Domestic orders: 2-8 business days after processing - depending on the shipping tier you selected, and your shipping zone defined by the carrier.

    • International orders: Typically, 2-15 business days after processing depending on your location compared to fulfillment location

  • Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs, or peak seasons.

3. Shipping Costs & Carriers

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item weight, destination, and chosen shipping method.

  • We partner with USPS, UPS, DHL, et al. for delivery.

4. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Once an order is shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after they leave our facility.

  • We highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout for added protection.

  • If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

5. International Shipping

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.  An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

  • Customs processing times vary and may delay delivery beyond our estimated timeframe.  

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! We cannot reroute packages once they are shipped.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees for resending.

7. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates.

  • Digital items do not include tracking, as they are instant downloads.

8. Shipping Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined above.
