We’re a small (but spicy) operation doing our damn best to make merch you’ll obsess over. Every order genuinely means the world to us. That said, due to increasing return scams, abuse, and general shadiness, all sales are final. We don’t do returns or refunds except for the rare case your physical item shows up defective.Once your order leaves the lair, it’s in the hands of the shipping gods (aka the carrier). We can’t control what happens on the road - so if it gets lost, stolen, or shows up looking like it survived a bar fight, that’s on them.
