That said, due to increasing return scams, abuse, and general shadiness, all sales are final. We don’t do returns or refunds except for the rare case your physical item shows up defective.Once your order leaves the lair, it’s in the hands of the shipping gods (aka the carrier). We can’t control what happens on the road - so if it gets lost, stolen, or shows up looking like it survived a bar fight, that’s on them. To keep your stuff safe, we highly recommend adding shipping insurance at checkout.
